Service and scope.
You buy the package as described on the site; the exact delivery is set out point by point in your order confirmation. Additional work only happens after your approval of a quote upfront.
Payment.
Payment is made upfront through Mollie. Paying in instalments is possible with a surcharge; work starts after the agreed instalment.
Instalment payments.
If we build your site and you pay in instalments, the site stays published through our environment until payment is complete; transfer to your own account follows after the final instalment. If an instalment remains unpaid after a payment reminder with a fourteen-day term, we may take the site offline until payment is received; once paid, it goes back live the same working day. Your domain always remains yours.
Scheduling.
Your build day is scheduled once payment and the requested access are complete. Processing times of third-party platforms are outside our control and may shift delivery without fault.
Withdrawal.
You have a fourteen-day cooling-off period. At your explicit request we start immediately; after full delivery the right of withdrawal lapses.
Delivery.
Delivered is what has been checked off on the delivery list in your order confirmation and proven with evidence. We deliver working systems, not revenue guarantees.
Ownership and transfer.
Everything built in your name becomes yours: with one-off payment at delivery, with instalments after the final instalment. Methods, checklists and templates remain the property of ESleeswijk Consultancy B.V.
Content.
Your build only appears recognisably in our communication with your separate consent.
